Rabindra Sangeet as Christian Song

“Tomari Gehe Palichho Snehe” is a worship song written by Rabindranath Tagore, the first Asian Nobel Prize Laureate in Literature. Tagore had deep respect for Jesus and had written poems inspired by Jesus.

This Rabindra Sangeet is listed as hymn 280 in the Bengali Christian hymnal book titled “Khrishta Sangeet” (2nd edition published in 1929).
